“Really friendly staff. Good food (chicken burgers for two of the family and liver and mash for me) and excellent kids menu (proper chicken in the nuggets). Would recommend if you are in the area. Just be careful if you're tall as it's a traditional low ceiling pub.”

“Our sofa was delivered within 2 weeks of purchase, and getting it into our 2nd floor flat was so easy in the boxes! One of the seat cushions was slightly damaged on arrival, so they sent us 2 new cushions within a fortnight. We love our Snug sofa and couldn't ask for a better service.”

I usually come here to get away from my home office and do some work. The food is amazing, the coffee is exquisite and the hosts/hostesses have never been anything but courteous, friendly and helpful. Suffice to say, I am now a regular!”

“We've been waiting for a place like this for a long time in Bush Hill Park. We can only compliment the ladies at Mima's for their service and quality of food. There is a wide selection to choose from, sandwiches, salads, brunches, cakes, pastries, drinks etc. Everything is reasonably priced and you never have to wait too long for either your dine in or take away experience.”

“I went there for my birthday on Friday with 8 family members. Andrew had created a lovely space for us, respecting the social distancing. It was just a very special evening. Pam is an amazing chef and we had a variety of dishes, all superb. My family wanted to take me to a fancy steak place but I chose Kaiteur Kitchen and what a brilliant choice that was. I might be biased but Guyanese cuisine has the most variety in the Caribbean (best tasting too - to do with the fusion of food of 6 different ethnic groups and being on the South American mainland) and Andrew and Pam reflect this in what they serve. It was like my mother’s cooking. Everything is made from scratch even the sauces and black pudding.I mustn’t forget to mention that they also serve El Dorado rum. Best rum in the world. Best Caribbean restaurant in London - extremely clean and hygienic too. Thank you Andrew and Pam!”

“I come to this fish bar so often because the food is always so good! The fish and chips are just amazing the batter is so crispy and the chips are lovely, moreish and plentiful, recently tried the quarter pounder burger and it definitely won’t be the last it’s delicious and perfectly cooked. “This is a lovely old pub with a decent sized beer garden, and covered booths too. The real draw is the food though - we had an incredible Sunday roast (recommend the beef) with all the trimmings & finished with a couple of excellent desserts. I particularly liked the Guinness brownie & ice cream - absolutely lush! The service here is excellent too, really friendly & efficient. We had such a lovely time, we'll be coming back again very soon.”
