"This hotel is managed by extremely rude, mean and deceptive people who corral their staff into bullying the asylum seekers staying there. Yes that's right, this hotel has a contract with a provider to the Home Office which provides temporary accommodation for migrants who are seeking asylum. They are making money from the UK's hostile environment policy. Shame. Shame. -100 stars if I could give this."

"This is a terrible rest place. 1. Customers need to pay for parking. 2. My rooms are 15 minutes walk from front desk. 3. They give me the electronic room card 3 times but not working. Everytime, I carry my luggage walking fore and back 3 times x (15+15 minutes) 4. You have a stair next to your room that can access the back yard car park, but sorry... the staff tell me I cannot use those stair to go down. 5. Only 1 staff in reception, you need to ring the bell before he will come out from inside."

"Used Justpark. Hotel closed for normal service - Obviously being used for accommodation but not normal guests. Staff at reception very polite. Carparking - you need to use buzzer at the entrance to register carpark booking"

"Amazing location for Greenwich. Room was small!! The bathroom tiny, my partner is 6ft 2 and his knees would not fit in to sit on the loo!! Also we asked for another pillow, but were told we couldn't have one, so one of us woke up with a stuff neck. Also had to ask for another toilet roll, as there was less than half a roll in the bathroom. It was a pretty clean room, but could have done with loosing two of the items of furniture to give more space. The TV was amazingly clear, which was great as we got soaked in the rain and went back early."

"Having booked the hotel fairly close to check in we were very pleased with the availability. location and value for money. The hotel has car parking (Additional cost) right under the rooms, which for London this is great and a fair price of £15 for 24 hours. We were then greeted with friendly receptionists and clear instructions of the new restrictions. Our room was fairly snug however who spends all of their time in the room anyway? The rooms were modern, clean and user friendly, exactly what you need for a short stay. We phoned reception for some additional towels and of course this was not too much trouble. Our breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and very much welcomed after an evening of cocktails. I had a generous Plant based breakfast so it's good to know that dietary needs are met well. Overall we were really impressed with the hotel and would recommend anyone who loves Greenwich to stay there! Its on the doorstep! Thank you to all the hospitality staff for all your hard work and efforts during this crazy time. x"
