"Had lunch at the Beefeater restaurant, not as residents. Food was good standard Beefeater fayre (burgers, lasagne, hot wings starters shared) very cold in the restaurant generally, appeared to be no heating on at all. Sadly the decor was rather tired and in need of refreshing. Staff were excellent, helpful and polite."

"This hotel is suffering from serious roof leaks and has a major damp issue in the rooms. The room was not cleaned upon arrival and the toilet seat has excrement on. The tv remote in the room was sticky and the room was very dirty in general.There was only 1 staff member on site who did not have the equipment or time to rectify the issues as the hotel was fully booked but had only 1 staff member present. Would not use this hotel again."

"We had a room change on our own request because we wanted a bath. Got put into one of the older rooms, which wasn't a problem. Quiet and a good night's sleep. Great customer service by Chloe on reception."

"First time staying in this chain. Amazing bed, quiet, clean and comfortable. Fan in the room was a nice edition. Water pressure a bit low in the shower but was lovely otherwise. Friendly and welcoming staff, not a bad location. Little bit hard to access if not by car, due to not many transport links. But walk isn't too bad. Free internet was a nice touch, had no issues with it. Best hotel I have stayed in for a while. Will definitely come back."
