He arrived on 18th October with his team and completed the work, to our total satisfaction, in a day. Everything was left clean and tidy and our old boiler, together with all other waste, was promptly collected the following day. “I have been using this shop since it has first opened, and they have helped me out with all my emergency outfits that I need last minute. The customer service is great and are always completing outfits you may put together or giving you advice on what would match and what wouldn’t. I went in today to yet again find a last minute outfit and the guy gladly helped me out with getting sixes and a fresh pair of cargos that I picked out, the manager or owner (not too sure) is also very nice he is very talkative and will have a great laugh with you, for example I tagged them in my Instagram post for my birthday as I got my whole outfit was from them, they quickly liked and commented, I went into the store and he said how was your birthday and that I looked really good in the dress , I really can’t fault them they are a great company and glad they are based in Croydon”

“We really enjoyed our stay at Leonardo. We booked a double room and paid on arrival, we were then told that we had a free upgrade to a king-size room which was a wonderful surprise and very much appreciated! The rooms are clean, light, and great-sized. The bathroom has a shower and a bath, with a lovely illuminated mirror. We had water and biscuits provided every day during our stay and a working fridge which can be used. There is a bar and restaurant which we didn't use but was always busy which is a good sign, and there is a small shop with snacks and drinks should you require anything. The hotel is situated a 5 min walk from Croydon East station, and takes about 30 minutes to get into London, making it a good base in my opinion. Equally, Croydon centre is a 5 minute walk and there is an array of places to eat and drink nearby. Would stay here again and would recommend.”

Friendly staff will help you to find product you search or even walk with you to aisle where needed product might be.”

They have a great selection for such a small store - including hot Costa coffee and breakfast - and have fresh daily baked goods. Well worth joining their members club if you live nearby.”

Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant.
