"Food is always great. However, the area looked very dirty as it was my first time going in store rather than order online. I did get a bit put off but they have a food hygiene rating of 5 so I couldn’t drop more than a star since it may have been because it was a Friday. Oh and it was very difficult to get in with the buggy and nobody helps you so I can’t imagine how difficult it must be, well almost impossible for someone with a wheelchair due to the step and the width of the door!"
"Ive ordered 3 times from Kokoro and each there is no Salmon Teryaki. If its only an afternoon option, take it off the menu. The hot food is very sweet but they do give you so much, its a two day dinner. However, after reading the reviews about stale food, racist and unprofessional staff and dirty tables I worry that the freshness of the meat dishes is being mask by the sauce. For the price, I think I'm going to leave Kokoro until the reviews change, especially as I order online so cannot see what is happening in store."
"(Sushi)It seems like a lot of vinegar in rice,or it is something which makes rice very salty,avocado is not ready-hard to eat,salmon is delicious and fresh, so 2 stars ,won't buy again... Also ,sushi sticks were not even wrapped with anything ,which shows me, that dust could get there before they gave them to me.."
