We needed to pay an additional £6 charge to the driver for a 30min delay, which is fair enough, but I would have thought that the flight details we shared in the app (flight number, scheduled arrival time) would have been used to schedule the driver's arrival and be adjusted according to live flight information. Fortunately, we had some cash to pay the driver, though, if paying in advance by card via the app, it would be more helpful to add the charge to the original payment method.
