Travelodge London Brent Cross
● OpenEdgware Road, London NW9 7BW, United Kingdom“To be fair, I really like this Travelodge. The ladies on the desk are always very lovely when I go particularly one, but I can't remember her name!! The parking here is really easy, sometimes it does get busy but there is parking round the back of the hotel itself that people don't realise! The rooms are nice enough and are perfect for any business trips as you can easily access most things in London. From, Brent cross.”

Having breakfast included is a real bonus in London. 2 tube stations within a 12 minute walk. Restaurants and pubs a 2 minute walk away. I’d definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again in the future.”

Hilton London Hyde Park
● Open“We had a lovely stay in the property from 19 December till 25 December. The property is very well situated and although we have some "issues" with the room initially, the response of the front desk staff and the manager was exemplary. I must give specific commendation to Sehrish who took our feedback extremely professionally and responded to us sincerely and adequately. We left the hotel feeling really positive about our 6 days of stay. Thank you and we will not hesitate to rebook the same property when we visit London again”

ibis London Docklands Canary Wharf
● Open“Thank you all at IBIS .Very welcoming with great hints tips for getting around Canary Wharf, as well as other places great transport links close bye, depending where you want/need to be. All areas can be accesses by Transport for London. Got taxi from King's Cross cost £42. Manager suggested UBER back to King's Cross half the price. Manager and staff very helpful and accomodating, clean comfortable. Had 3 rooms booked for 3 nights ,comfortable sleep, ensuite great with liquid soap and hair wash, fresh towels. breakfast. Some good eating places nearby. O2 CLOSE BY ALSO. Staff assistance prior to arrival was really good following some concern on bill. Addressed immediately concern alleviated( awaiting refund back to card.) Hotel is close to busy roads, traffic noise yes but to be expected, however we did not have any concerns, slept well. Car park available but chargeable, not many spaces. Had small issue with toilet, unable to rectify straight away, offered to move us, no big issue, stayed in room , following day, maintenance man arrived resolved. As mentioned staff great very helpful. May need to be back in the area next year we know where we are booking. Hope to see you all again soon, thanks to each and everyone of the team . Hope you had a chocolate, yes we gave them some chocolates, that's how good we thought they are. Thank you all.”

ibis London Heathrow Airport

Holiday Inn Express London - Greenwich, an IHG Hotel
● Open“We visited London this summer 2022 and stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. Overall, the rooms were clean and fairly spacious. The location of the hotel is not exactly in Central London, but there are bus stops and the Underground nearby (North Greenwich station), so traveling between this hotel and Central London is convenient and not too time-consuming, especially for the location of this hotel in Greenwich. Additionally, the staff were very helpful and friendly towards guests. For breakfast, there were a variety of selections to choose from and the food was very delicious. Plus, the O2 Arena, along with other shopping stores and restaurants, was nearby so that was also very nice. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to people who are visiting London for a few days and would like to save money by staying on the outside areas of Central London here in Zone 2/3.”

Premier Inn London Docklands (Canning Town) hotel
● Open“We recently had an extended stay here due to being unexpectedly turfed out of our homes. The premier plus rooms were delightful, the location is two minutes (if that) from the tube station, it’s relatively new and super clean and the breakfast was great. The ability to have rooms cancellable until check-in is very helpful. The staff could not have done more for us and went over and above to ensure we had everything we needed - Special thanks to Lorraine and Ashley whose generosity and kindness we won’t forget! Thank you”

Holiday Inn Express London - Golders Green (A406), an IHG Hotel
● Open“This is a great value hotel for families. Stayed for 2nights, one adult and 2 teens and it was great. The room was clean and spacious enough and the breakfast was good. The sofa bed was surprisingly comfy as it didn't seem like it would be. The nearest tube is a bus ride away but the buses are frequent and the bus stop is right outside. Although the hotel is very close to the busy north circular the sound proofing is great. We had a family with a baby in the next room but never heard a thing. A short drive from the M1 and free parking make it an easy get in and get out for anyone coming from the north. Lovely staff too.”
-
Residence Inn by Marriott London Kensington
● Open“Our stay was great. The location is good if you prefer to stay away from the big crowds and touristy areas. I found the Tesco next to the hotel be convenient and didn’t bother me at all that it is besides the car park. Breakfast is awesome. Lots of options, huge seating area, and the staff was really helpful. The manager was always checking in on guests. The room was nice and overall okay, my only recommendation would be a more thorough cleaning in some areas of the room. But sheets, towels and the bathroom were good.”

Parking isn't free but can be charged to the booking if required. Rooms were quiet and meant I was able to sleep during the day post night shift. Only real negative is the door handle was a bit sticky.”

Holiday Inn Express London - Croydon, an IHG Hotel
● Open“Had to book two rooms last minute due to finding our AirBnB room was absolutely disgusting, having travelled down for a family funeral. Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough”
