Visited the shop on Saturday and the man who served me was super helpful. Great recommendation, friendly and even helped me to the car with my new office chair. I've noticed the difference in my back just after one day. Much better than buying online as you get to try them and the chair comes fully assembled. Would highly recommend and lovely to be able to support somewhere local.”

She immediately put us at ease and did not try to sell us anything- never felt under pressure to buy anything at any stage - and yet, we felt we wanted to engage and buy BO products as she was so knowledgeable, approachable, professional and friendly. Alejandra manages the show room I believe, only knew that from her emails - her passion and ability to genuinely care regards buying the right sofa and rug was very empowering. Using her experience and knowledge allowed Alejandra to help us with dimensions, best fit, best material too - the fact we ended up buying a smaller sofa than we originally wanted by showing us what we would end up with using the excellent in-house technology, speaks volumes for her skills and integrity. She managed to be tenacious enough to show she cared and not too aggressive to be off putting - a great skill to have. Her passion for the products, the company and doing a first class job shone through. I picked out a dining table and he cut it down to the size I wanted, he delivered it and set it up for me at my home, no fuss, no mess. The table is stunning and Paul is an absolute perfectionist! “I have injured my leg last week (nothing too serious but won't be able to walk properly for a couple of weeks). My dog's dry food was almost gone so the wife went to Perfect Pet Care in the White Lion Walk and bought some. We usually go for the biggest bag as it works out a lot cheaper. Because of the weight, my wife was struggling to carry it home so Richard (the lovely man working there) delivered it to us on foot! We can't thank him enough, going the extra mile and helping us without a second thought! He is a stellar guy! ❤️”
