Made to feel like an inconvenience. To reiterate this is the branch on the Guildford Industrial Estate not the branch by Guildford Royal Mail."
"What absolutely shocking service. On Wednesday last week ordered a £59 item Click and Collect. By today Monday, had still not received the SMS to collect the item. Had messaged me that would be ready by the Thursday. Went into the Guildford branch to find out where the item was Was kept waiting for more than half an hour, to be told they didn't know and couldn't refund my money, must come back as their head office was investigating it."
