"I visited RSM for a new integrated fridge when everyone was out of stock. The kind man (Malcom?) called Bosch direct and sourced the perfect appliance for immediate delivery. The price including removal and installation was identical to AO.com. The two engineers who made the installation were dedicated RSM employees who did the job very diligently and accurately in fitting the integrated unit. RSM are part of the Euronics purchasing scheme so have a comprehensive range available at good prices. I’m so pleased I shopped local. Strongly recommended."

"My 8 yr-old washer/dryer broke down on Monday evening, we knew it was un-repairable. We left a message on Cats answer machine that night, they called first thing next morning and delivered a brand new machine at 11.30am that day. In just over 12 hours my old machine was gone and a new one all plumbed in! You can't get better service than that especially when it's only 3 days to Christmas. And they charged only a little bit more than the cheapest on-line retailer, who by the way, couldn't deliver until the New Year."
