"All our animals have been registered at this practice for the past 11 years. All staff, clinical and admin, have been excellent and we have always been able to get appointments quickly. The vets are all very professional and skilled at what they do. On the recent sad passing on one of our gerbils at the practice, we received a sympathy card through the post from the staff which was a lovely extra detail even for such a small animal. Can't fault them."

"Haven't used the vets yet but clare( the receptionist)is very rude abrupt and put the phone down on me very unprofessional considering the vets were contacting me because they had to cancel my cats operation ,I appreciate that they contacted the cats protection for me but there is no need for people to be rude regardless !"

"Prioritisation of animal care sadly lacking. Recently moved to the area and asked if our dog could have an appointment after returning early from a camping trip, where we suspect he may have eaten something he shouldn’t. We were told that our request was very short notice and that we should go to our old vet as we had not yet registered online. We are lucky that our old vet is only 20 minutes away, but if we had been moving from further afield, we could have been really stuck. Disappointed."
