Chessington Veterinary Surgery
● Closed“I genuinely cannot recommend this vet & the nurses anymore. I don’t think words will be enough. I foster rabbits for rescues and they are ALWAYS so kind, caring, helpful and patient. I don’t ever leave their thinking it’s about money or unhappy with anything they have said or done. They are always doing whatever they can to help and advise especially when Iv had some really complex rabbits with complex needs. My own two rabbits were with a different vets but since the care the fosters have got Iv moved my 4 over to them. Thank you for everything you do.”

Hornsey Vets and Cattery
● Closed“Our cat has been a patient here for nearly 8 years. In the last year or so she has developed various health problems so we have gone from being annual visitors for the MOT and vaccines to very regular visitors. I think this practise has a great bunch of people working there. The standard of care provided has been excellent, the regular vets we've seen show compassion and real care alongside their veterinary expertise. Test results have been communicated to us promptly and estimated costs for treatment have always been given. Suggested treatment plans have been discussed with us. One negative point-I wasn't keen on one locum vet we saw due to his manner. The nurses we have seen and spoken to have been very knowledgeable, caring and helpful. We have also started using the cattery and our cat has been fine after her stays. The cattery staff got her character worked out very quickly and again are very caring. They have made sure she has eaten and has gained (needed) weight during a couple of her stays.”

Amwell Veterinary Practice
● Closed“Margaret and Dale are an incredible team. Our Romanian rescue dog Dylan unfortunately has behavioural issues, including territorial and fear reactivity in certain very specific circumstances. He has recently decided he doesn't like the vet and hates being injected even more - which has caused us a lot of stress and anxiety because he needs to be vaccinated to go to day care, which he loves, and we've had instances where he's ideally needed to go to emergency vets out of hours and they've been unable to inject him as needed. Dale and Margaret have been so kind, thoughtful and patient with us and Dylan. After four failed attempts and a lot of muzzle training, we finally cracked it today and we are so relieved and thrilled. They never give up on us - as challenging as Dylan can be - and we are so grateful as we continue to work to make Dylan's life as calm and as rewarding as possible, in light of his difficult start. Dale and Margaret's constant help and guidance is so helpful in that. We would recommend Amwell Vets to anyone!”

Medivet Clerkenwell
● Closed“A fantastic vet in central London. Appointments are always easy to book and the vets are really knowledgeable. They give you different options and I think are quite practical in the guidance for what is best for you and your pet. All the staff is friendly and my dog is actually excited to visit. We recently had quite a big medical issue with our large dog and I really appreciate the care and information the vets here gave us. Would recommend.”

Voo Vets Battersea
● Closed“excellent customer service ! I want to thank the staff working their through the covid-19 crisis it's not just the NHS looking after our loved ones. I phoned them up Yesterday as my 8 week old puppy was having tummy problems he wouldn't move, wouldn't eat or drink. I got a call back about 45 minutes later from the vet who was very friendly and professional, She asked me to send some pictures to help with a diagnosis which I did and got a reply back very quickly. She arranged an emergency appointment for a couple of hours later. When I arrived the reception staff were delightful and the vet took great care of our little one who was back on his feet playing, eating and drinking very soon after. They also called back today to check on him. I feel it was great value for money and will always be going back. Thanks Lizzie, Lucy and there was another lady I didn't catch her name !”

House & Jackson - The Pet Clinic Billericay
● Closed“Sadly on my last visit I had to have my cat put to sleep. He had cancer. And was getting a lot of pain. He was so brave and hid his illness so well as cats do. The vet was so kind to us explaining it all. She let us say goodbye on our own she let us stay with him till the end. Worst day of our lives. Made a little better but kind people at House & Jackson.”

Wonderdog
● ClosedBraemar Gardens, London NW9 5LB, United Kingdom“My usual groomer let me down last minute and I was hesitant to try someone new. Leo, my Springer, is nervous and really doesn't enjoy being groomed. I spoke and messaged at length with Anna and she was keen to know about Leo and what I'd like for the groom. I was really pleased with his cut and he smelled gorgeous! I can't say Leo 'loved' the experience but I know that Anna was kind and patient with a nervous dog and I would definitely recommend her and her service, and will be returning. Thank you so much Anna, Leo will be back in the summer.”

Even though I had never been here before, I was able to find everything I needed without asking a member of staff. Having said that, the staff generally have their own pets and love to chat with you about theirs and yours. This was car on this branch. The bonus is you can take your dog in with you.”

Very professional and customer service from her was excellent. We were very pleased with what we purchased. Highly recommend this store.”
