"Great place. Friendly and helpful staff always. Always relied on going here over most pet shops."

"I honestly don't even understand how this place has 4.3 stars?! The positive reviews must be paid for!! I purchased my cockatiel from these guys, they had NO interest whatsoever in selling and showing us the birds they have , infact they had just told us to go in and have a look for ourselves. I questioned them which ones were male and female and they just said majority are males ( without going up and physically showing us). After we chose our beautiful cockatiel, we asked the man if we could take him. He put on this gloves and took the cockatiel out very aggressively. Our poor cockatiel was frightened and ever since then, 8 weeks later, "he" still hasn't got the smallest amount of trust in us. This breaks my heart as we try our hardest and have a lot of patience but he just hisses back at us. I definitely believe the place he came from was not the nicest! And I hope one day he can trust us eventually. In all of this experience NO I wouldn't trust this place. Please do not buy your bird from here! Although the these birds may need help/ saved from here"

"Sadly our male Budgie died with in 2 months, he was older than we were told and had some respiratory issues- from the moment we took him home his tail was twitching abnormaly, looking at other reviews seems we are not the only people. Very sad my 10 year old found him face down in the bottom of his cage. The birds in the centre are in small cages and u felt sorry for them but should of known better than to buy them:("

"A great place to find variety of pets. I bought two ringneck parrots from this place. Healthy birds and very well looked after. They keep cages and bird toys as well. Plenty of stuff for your pet."
