“Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.”

“The reception area is very refreshing with beautiful design, lighting, music and fragrance. And all the facilities in the building are well maintained including good access control to building,floor and the room. The room has all the basic facilities required and I am amazed at how brilliantly the kitchen area is setup with all basic requirements without making it look clumsy. I am enjoying my stay. “First time in this hotel. In city centre, very close to public transport, no car park but Ruskin Square parking opposite the hotel and the ticket can get validated. Room smaller than expected but we'll equipped. Service great! If I remember correctly the name of the staff- Menaj- went out of his way- evening and breakfast - to help. I saw another guest going and thanking staff for the service, and said he's been using the hotel frequently and they are always very helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.”

“This place has been placed in a nice and quiet area. The rooms are all modernised and fully equipped and it's above all other B&Bs. Very nice and polite staff absolutely taking care of everything.”

“We have left our Hamster with Susanna 3 times now while on holiday. She is very reliable and we always feel like our hamster is in safe hands. She provides regular updates and follows specific instructions that our hamster needs. We are very happy with her service and will definitely be using her again.”

“Had to book two rooms last minute due to finding our AirBnB room was absolutely disgusting, having travelled down for a family funeral. Leah from reception was great, really helpful and accommodating, fitting us in and sorting requests for extra towels, blankets and a heater. On the whole, customer service has been brilliant. Can't fault the team (only two visible members of staff - working very hard). Credit to the chain and their hotel. Cant thank them enough”

“Looks exactly like the pictures. Clean and quite. There are no hairdryers in the room but reception can provide one if needed. Super close to the train station and major shopping area. Plenty of food options close by. Staff friendly and helpful.”

“I had my cat reside at this lovely home from home cat hotel for the first time recently. I was apprehensive about how he might cope, never having been away before. I need not have worried. Sarah gives a wonderful caring service, and clearly loves looking after cats and thinks of it as a privilege! Max settled easily, and was slways so relaxed when I popped in. Regular updates were provided and great photos attached. It is obvious that the cats who stay at Dulverton get the 5 star treatment, and health and cleanliness are attended to. The cat hotel is very spotlessly clean, and warm and comfortable.... I would highly recommend this establishment for any cat.”

“Fantastic food, excellent and prompt service, polite staff and at a reasonable price. This is a great restraunt, and I highly encourage you to go. They were also very understanding of dietary restrictions, and made an excellent vegan pizza for me. The place is certainly child friendly, has what looks like easy access for wheelchairs, and a couple of parking spots outside, though they're not reserved for customers. My only complaint is that I like my pizzas a little more crisp, but I'm sure they would have obliged if I had only told them that.”

Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dean, he is reliable and honest and always manages to give you a date and time despite being very popular and busy.”

“I know that when I leave my cats here, they are in the care of people who absolutely love cats. I know that my cats are not only fed and watered in immaculate chalets but are also stroked, brushed and given toys to comfort and play with. The owners are so friendly and will do anything to accommodate with regards to meet cats needs and arranging pickup and drop off times. Without question the best cattery there is, I wouldn't want my cats to board anywhere else. Thank you Barbara, Tina and Dan x”

Amanullah was always online to organise our transport, even when we required an additional trip to Jeddah at very short notice. “Came to this restaurant with my daughter for the first time, the food was delicious especially the lamb bhuna and the coconut rice. The prawn puri for starter was the best I had tasted. Big portions and very tasty food. Staff were very nice and the restaurant was lovely clean and calm. Very reasonably priced and even offered a complimentary shot of baileys. All customers appeared to be regulars in there. Would definitely go there again. Thank you for a lovely evening.”

“Shout out to my main man Mr China Wok. Ever since new ownership the food has much improved the beef previously was chewy and salty now its tender delicious I particularly like this with the curry and boiled rice box combination”

“The staff were very lovely, they worked with a smile on their face which was refreshing. The room was clean, bedding towels, bathroom etc. The heater was easy to work and warmed up the room relatively quickly. The only thing missing was a hairdryer which was disappointing.”

“Positive: Kitchen has everything needed, big smart TV, big table, comfortable bed and sofa, heating, regular cleaning, gym, 10 minute walk to the train station. Great and friendly staff. Manager Muhammad is the best, helped me twice to extend the stay right before checkouts. Negative: Ceiling is pretty thin, so you can hear people above walking. Small things in the bathroom like loose toilet seat and leaky soap dispenser.”
