“Friendly pub and family warming with a great atmosphere. There’s plenty of things going on every night of the week. Huge playground for the kids to keep entertained on a sunny day. The weekends are always amazing with the live DJ and the dance floor is forever packed with everyone enjoying there time with the fairly priced drinks. The function room is a fair space to hold any venue from kids parties to weddings. The staff are friendly and always down for a laugh with the customers. Would not go anywhere else.”

“Great place to go drinking with your mates. 2 for 13 cocktails on throughout the week are so good and you don't even need to go up to the bar to order, all the staff are so attentive and will do anything for you. TV screens outside too, watched the football and sat outside in the sun. Will always come back here!!”

“Visited here today and had Lunch. The pub has just had a massive refurbishment and looks amazing. Food was great and the staff were exceptional. Huge thanks to Ryan and Morgan for looking after me.”

“We went hear on the weekend for Sunday carvery. Really nice place to eat, not too bizzy and a toy area fir the kids to sit and play. I would recommend spending the £2 extra and getting large carvery if you feeling upto it, I had all 3 meats and a extra large Yorkshire pudding with everything in that. Activity pack for the kids £1.99. Carvery £10 or £12 large.. refillable pop aswell.”

“Didn't stay but popped in as we drove past and tried the Sunday lunch and what a beautiful dinner , gravy with meat juices and onions , crunchy veg and yorkshire puddings to be proud of not only in texture but taste too. “Great pint of Sam's handpulled @ £2•00 with friendly, joking customers & a good atmosphere. Also dog friendly. I always call in when in the area, sadly not often enough . Updating my review 7th Sept 20, still with Covid restrictions on, Sam Smith have increased the price by 50% to £3•00 but still good value for a good pint. Sadly very quiet but Tuesday afternoon.”
