“I have several pets registered at this practice, they have always provided excellent care for all of my pets. They supported my old boy Milo (14) through the last year of his life as he became progressively more disabled from long standing neurological and mobility issues. I will be forever grateful that they ensured his passing was as peaceful and gentle as it could be for him and for me when the time came. I still have two dogs and a cat, all of whom have attended the practice in the last year for various things, from routine vaccinations, an infected cat bite and an eye procedure. Every time the reception staff are accommodating and welcoming. The vet is always caring and lovely to all of my pets and takes the time to explain/discuss everything with me. I cannot fault them and I am reassured that my pets will always be in good hands.”

“The receptionists were welcoming on arrival for appointment and helpful with weighing my dog who was reluctant to get onto the scales. The Vet was professional throughout and discussed the best treatment required. Would highly recommend this practice.”

“Penny is just fantastic I went to her a few month ago when I just didn’t know where to turn and didn’t even know if counselling was for me . Penny made me feel at ease straight away she just sat and listened and then recommended things I should do I embraced everything she asked and have turned my life around work and personal things are just getting better and better , my children live in Newcastle and I seen them last week for the first time for a while as I have not been well enough and without them knowing too much even they noticed I was looking better and back to my old self my eldest even said it was the best he had seen for for years and this is all down to the help and support of penny who I can’t thank enough , all you have to do is talk listen and act on her advice trust me you won’t be disappointed I certainly wasn’t I have actually got my life back on track . They care and make you feel so very relaxed. I hate having my teeth cleaned, the sound and the sensation are unbearable but the hygienist there is just amazing. She is so gentle and takes her time to do an amazing job and I come out feeling so much better than I did when I arrived.
