"I was disgusted What I see on Thursday I was dropping off one bag donation Just a small bag of clothes and I seen a lot of things by the door and people just dropping it off No care in the world even though the sign says the legal dumping something should be done about this . I live in council bluffs for my entire life and I always donated to this good will all the time and I've seen things I have dropped off things after hours and I see People always dropping off stuff and leaving it by the door . I feel bad for the workers who have to clean up these people's mess they deserve better. I talk to them usually when I come and donate and they tell me what happens all the time here something should be done about this ."

"I used to love coming to this Goodwill on a daily basis. I used to walk in and have conversations with staff and find a cart full of stuff. Now every time I come to this store, all the employees seem mad all the time. There is nothing but junk on the shelves and prices are OUTRAGEOUS! It's truly said when I used to come daily, to maybe coming 1 time a month."
