"We visited Shoe Carnival tonight to purchase shoes for three children. We were not greeted when we arrived even though the store was mostly empty. The music was so loud I couldn't even converse with my daughter. Near the back of the store, I asked an employee if the music was always so loud. He said, "We've already turned it down." I told him I love music, but it was so loud that we were going to have to leave. He repeated himself, "We've already turned it down." I found tennis shoes and Crocs that would have worked for all three kids, but we left without purchasing anything. We went to Famous Footwear instead, where we were greeted upon entering the store, asked if we needed help finding anything, and the music was at an enjoyable and reasonable level. We purchased four pairs of shoes and two packs of socks, and won't be returning to Shoe Carnival again. Customer service really matters to me when I am choosing where to spend my money."

"Very disappointed. Just left found shoes for my daughter and son. And my daughter shoe yes did not have a tag to say what they where but where among shoe like it so that being said they should have been 74.99 to go to check out and they said they where 89. Ok but the other tag says 74. Instead they say we put them out just haven't put the price out yet. Why would you do that. And why don't you honor the price."
