"This is a nice location on Broadway. They've normally had everything I have needed on hand or later that day, depending upon what time it is currently."
"Terrible. They were suppose to inspect my brakes. They couldn’t get car started, so instead of calling me they let my car sit in the parking lot until close. When I got there, I started my car like it was nothing. Horrible communication skills and a waste of time. Would put 0 if I could."

"Went into this location today & the "manager" Chris provided terrible customer service. Was extremely rude to me. Rarely go into any parts store, and when I do it is usually Auto Zone. Advanced had a better deal for what I needed for my car so I figured I would go there. First time and it was terrible. If the store had not had that deal I would've walked out as he was rude to me within the first 5 minutes of being in the store. Sad that the person they chose to represent the store is treating customers in such rude ways! Great way to get business! If I could give no stars I would. Very disappointed."
