"I went into the windows and doors department and had a quick question about my screen door closer, and I was waiting for this guy who was on a cell phone finish his conversation, and after @ 9 minutes, he gets up, still talking on A CELL PHONE, and walks away leaving me there with nobody else around, and I was shocked, he looked at me a couple of times, but never really acknowledged or addressed me. I was the only person in that department at the time, the store was not busy as usual. I've never been treated like that before, in my whole life! I will never shop that store again! I can't say that about the other locations, but this one should just close up shop and retrain these employee's on customer service 101"

Do not try to deal with customer service they are very unwilling to help. Had to exchange a non working milwaukee jacket.he flipped open a book stating they do not do milwaukee warranty work and refused to help me. The 800 number told me a very different thing. Stay away from this store horrible people."
"I wish they could be a better facility, but this place totally lacking. I ordered 2 wall switches on line about 2 weeks ago $3.50 total amount. I keep getting emails from a company that has no idea what they are doing. I would drive a hundred miles to any other store just so I do not go into this joke of a company."
"Unreal. Don’t order a pick up for anything from this location. They won’t have it after confirming it’s ready for pick up. They won’t even have it in the store. And you won’t get a refund for the invisible product for at least a week. Which is still before the product would arrive at the store. If I wanted it shipped - I’d select shipping…??? This is my fault for having this happen before and giving them another chance. Don’t even get me started on the horrendous customer service from the clueless people that are working here. Only good experience I’ve ever had here in all my years was in the paint department. Good dude. Do not waste your time, energy or money on this store. No wonder everyone goes to Menards lol"
