"Been here for six months and have overall enjoyed it. Moved in during a hot August, and the AC never had a single problem. Now been through a brutally cold winter, and the heat never had a single problem. No pest issues, not even ants. Gas heat and seemingly infinite hot water. Don’t get a whole lot of noise from neighbors either above or to the side of us. Adequate parking. No deal breaking complaints at all! Minor issues like a dishwasher being broken for about a month and a half can be easily explained by the bureaucracy that comes from living in a property managed by a much larger company. Have to get everything approved before real fixes can happen sometimes. Not the fault of this property. Matt and Carmen are fantastic, and I’m glad to have lived here for the first half of the lease so far!"
"I have lived at Westbrook Apt.'s for 3 years. A quiet and convenient location. Priceless when combined with excellent management and maintenance. Any problems I've had (as in my dishwasher is sounding funny, etc.) have been taken care of promptly. They "travel" in two's which is very nice. Now for management and Matt Heckman; a very personable, friendly, go the extra mile kind of person. I can not say enough about this young man. There is no issue too big or too small that Matt will not give his full attention to. Would I recommend Westbrook Apartments to friends or family? I have and will continue to do so. It's just a very nice community plain and simple. Now look at the floor plans and photo gallery. What's not to love ❤️"
"We stopped at a competitor complex and were treated like we were wasting their time, even though I had emailed a week before to set an appointment. Next stop was Westbrook, we were greeted by Matthew Heckman and immediately put at ease. He was so patient, kind and knowledgeable. Took us on a quick tour of the facilities and answered all of our questions and we were just walk-ins. If this is a view into how things work here, we look forward to renting!"

"It’s a beautiful door. Really adds to the brightness and cleanliness of my space. But my last door had a screen and a brace to keep the door from opening. And I cannot lock the door from the outside."
