"The practically steal from you make you give a deposit and then keep it the manager doesnt do her f job and the money you pay for them to check your récord they keep that as well bunch of thieves and the place is not worth 950 dollars a month plus Bill definitely not worth it avoid this place no matter how desperate you may be you'll be disappointed"

"Don't move into the apartment with this address or anything around it (2992 heritage Dr). This apartment is infested with fleas and we noticed as soon as we walked in the door for the first time and Adam in the office has tried to say that they didn't realize they were in there even after doing a walk through. They called Indiana pest control after 5 days, (meanwhile we haven't moved in yet because we're not going to live with bugs) they came out and sprayed then told us there has to be more than one treatment done before they're all gone, approximately 14 weeks. So if you want to live with bugs for the next 4 months then move in. Management will not cater to your needs one bit or do their job properly. They basically forced us to get a refund because they didn't want to give us a different apartment. Oh and plus the people before us moved out after 15 days and now we know why, but this also means that they will probably never fix this problem, because they knew the bugs were there the whole time."

"This place is horrible and I would not recommend to anyone. I moved three months ago and don't regret it. The apartment manager did not respond to maintenance request in a timely manner, my garabage disposal was broken three months and the only reason they came and fix it is because they needed to pass an inspection. Also the neighbors brought in bugs and one apartment was left so bad after the neighbors moved that our apartment got rodents really bad and all they did was give us glue straps...no exterminator just glue traps that I could've brought myself. The apartments need alot of updating and the neighbors became worst and worst each year. I wouldn't recommend this apartments to no one. The last year there was the worst year I experience especially since the office manager did everything in her power to kick us out...go next door to amberwood way better apartment homes and less stress"

"Apartments are good for the price (I paid). They recently updated their prices to a point that is far beyond the price they should be. If my roommate and I would stay our rent would increase $200 for our re-sign. As for the apartment. No bugs or rodents, they are cozy but not too small. Everything works in the kitchen. Our AC unit broke down and it took a week to get it fixed, which is not too unreasonable but the maintenance staff was not hasteful enough. No major crime as occurred out here in my 2 years of living here; we've had police here a couple times but nothing serious. Overall, for the price my roommate and I paid, this was great. But you won't be paying what we did. These appts will go up to $800 for a two bed. Worth that price? No. If these do some TLS, still no. But it was a nice place to live."

"The apartments need updating, the ac unit is always breaking down, and little kids are always running around unattended. OK place to live if your desperate."
