"I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone. Management and office staff and maintenance are all jokes, if you call them out for doing something the wrong way they try to be little and make you feel stupid. Waited 6 months for air conditioning in the summer only reason it got fixed was because I threatened to bring the law. They say there to busy for everyone and everything . Holes in the lobby doors asked for them to fix it and all they said is okay we will and never did, didn’t have a working dishwasher for the duration of my lease. When my bedroom closet door broke they said there’s nothing they can do. And good luck getting them to answer. Was told I was getting a storage locker in the building when I asked it was full of the previous tenants garbage and when asked to clean and fix it to make it right they said they don’t offer them anymore. Basically if you want to enjoy an apartment and feel wanted choice somewhere else."

"DONT MOVE HERE! They will rent out unfinished poorly maintained apartments and refuse to fix even the smallest issues for months. Ashanti the property manager is extremely rude and Shonna will lie to you. Best advice i can give is dont waste your money here!"

"I've lived here since August of 2019 and I highly recommend that anyone move here if they're thinking about it. First of all, the location is excellent. My apartment is right next to the complex's dog park and pool, and the complex itself is in walking distance to the post office, Pastariffic, and all the other businesses on Webster. We are also in walking distance of Maple Crest Plaza where Kroger is located off of Washington and Lincoln, as well as the many restaurants and businesses around there. Or, if you don't want to walk, you can drive to Kroger for a few things and be back home in 15 minutes. It's one of my favorite perks of living here. The apartments themselves are great. Mine includes a washer/dryer combo and a dishwasher, which we use daily of course, and it's pretty roomy for a two-bedroom unit. Our rent is currently around $730 with fees, plus whatever water/sewage usage we use for the month. Some units require gas, but my current unit is strictly all-electric, so we only have that utility (besides internet, luxuries) to worry about besides rent. Of course, rent varies depending on the size/location/layout of the apartment, but the rates are fair. Like most apartments, however, rent tends to increase when renewal time comes around, and that's the only negative thing I can think of to say about living here. That, and people don't tend to pull all the way up in their parking spots, which can make it difficult to get through sometimes, although this is an issue that is being addressed. The office staff is marvelous. Carie and Olivia are absolute sweethearts and treat everyone like family. I've never had an apartment manager/landlord who I felt I could talk to on a human-level. They seem genuinely interested in our happiness here and will do everything in their power to make sure our expectations aren't only met, but exceeded. I know if I go to Carie with an issue she will do her best to help me as quickly as she can. As I mentioned before, we do have a dog park, which isn't huge, but is perfect for our complex. We tend to take turns using it, and it has cute little fake fire hydrant, an adjustable jump-bar, and plenty of space to throw a ball or frisbee for your furry friends. The pool, which opens Memorial Day and closes around Labor Day, is quite large and a great way to cool off on a hot day. It does tend to get crowded some days, but like with the dog park, most of us are courteous and make sure everyone gets their fair use of the amenities. Also located beside the pool is a laundry room for those with apartments that don't have a washer/dryer, or have hook up but might not have the means to obtain a W/D. It also has vending machines as well. As far as the community, we all mostly keep to ourselves. We don't like to bug each other, and as far as I know we don't encourage drama. I can count the number of people on one hand that I know extremely well here, and they're either staff or close neighbors. As far as I know, drugs, violence, guns and other horrors that plague apartment complexes doesn't go on here, or if they do I've not heard about it. So, in short, I'm happy here, and I think you can be too. :)"

"My boyfriend and I have lived here almost 3 years and we love it everyone is always so nice and if anything needs fixed their wonderful maintenance crew is always so helpful ! It also has washers and dryers in them which is super convenient . Anyway if you need a great safe place to live maple crest apartments is for you! Wonderful people , dog park , pool, and great size apartments ! :)"

"Taking photos across the street, not of these apartments, and this mean spirited lady comes out and talks to the police about me trespassing. I was never on the property I was on sidewalk whole time. if this is the tyranny that the residents of Maple Crest Apartments have to live with, I feel sorry for those people> My hope is that she was educated on the law and has had time to calm down. I read your sign and about 2+ feet away from the sidewalk is the Private property according to the GIS survey. Posted is the entire interaction with this lady."
