"Staff was great rooms are clean .lots of construction crews stay here. Pool was out during my stay for heater repair. Did not break my heart it made for a quiet stay. Breakfeast stocked up at 6 every day. Needs more staff and boot cleaners outside the doors. Sara is always thier to help. so is tessa My stay was 3 months with very little complaints."

"The location is perfect. It's by food, gas and a Walmart (open till 11). There are no services and the front desk ladies were the same as all other front desk people. The room I had was clean and the linens were clean and fluffed. This hotel attracts contract worker groups but it was all quiet most of the time. The parking isn't that.good and the outside areas were neglected with trash, cigarette butts and a lot.of.oil puddles and fluid puddles and.stains from leaking trucks and cars. I stepped in one getting my bags out of my van. This place allows pets but fortunately you can't tell by smell or look. Great place for the money and location to other things in Kokomo. It gets there ⭐⭐⭐ because it's still a MOTEL..Three stars is an (A) for a motel."

"You're around alot of places to eat. The rooms were okay I told the front desk that my tub was clogged and the cold air from the a/c wasn't working. They didn't do anything. They had continental breakfast which was nice. You get what you pay for."

"Room was clean and bed comfortable. Room requests were accommodated. Slight confusion on credit card charges upon check in. Good value for the price at this location. Carpet on stairs and hallway still needed to be vacuumed by check in time."
