"Overall our stay was fine! However the OWNERS ARE FRAUDS!!! I HAVENT STAYED AT THIS HOTEL IN OVER 2 MONTHS and they are trying to charge my card for $241.50! Lock your cards people and tell me I owe for 2 nights"

"First impression: walking into the lobby a werid smell you first notice. It's a mix of air freshener, weed and possible pool chemicals. The room was clean and looked ok. Everything seemed to work properly. The smell was not in the room just in hallways and lobby. Not planning on eating breakfast already can tell its nothing fancy or anything. We did swim in the pool and noticed it needs updated, I could tell the pool was full of chlorine. The filters looked like it needed clean, noticed some black mold, noticed hairs/fuzzy materials floating in the pool. They also do nothing about noise complaints...we ended up leaving around 2am because of how loud it was and staff kept saying they couldn't hear it but you can. Will be requesting a refund"

"Stayed 3 nights, was suppose to be 4 but thank goodness we wrapped things up. Fridge did not work ( dealt with that np). Gap in the bottom of door and frame so you can see the hallway. Toilet seat was broke, some stains on the blankets, smelled of stale cigarettes, mold under knob of shower and water damage on the bathroom cabinet. Nice staff though but the people next door were loud and playing music til after midnight."

"Back in April on the 7th of the month 2023 we rented 2 rooms with king-size beds. The date was for September 23rd 2023. Confirmation number was given. Had to cancel one room. Kept one room. Had the gentlemen make sure I was still getting my room. He insured me I was getting the room with a king size bed as per my reservation. Upon arrival on the 23rd of September 2023 they were sold out. Upon entering our room we noticed the bed was a queen-sized. Went to the front desk letting the lady know that we had months before reserved for a king sized bed and that the bed we got was a queen. Told her we know what a king-size bed looks like as we ourselves have one.She stated all the rooms have been rented out and she couldn't change us rooms. Unfortunately we had to stay in yhat room. The next morning upon checking out we explained to the lady who was working the day shift what had happened. She stated she would speak with the manager as we paid for a room with a king size bed. So before I sign to pay for any room from now on I will ask to see the room just to make sure they have it right. I feel since we didn't get what we reserved we should get compensated for. Very disappointed! The carpet felt sticky room needed updated badly upon entering had a musky smell. Had I known it was gonna be like this I would have told them I didn't want to be charged as we wouldn't be staying."

"It was absolutely horrible. 1. Web site said pet friendly. When I checked in the clerk said no cats but I could sneak them in. 2. Put us in room that had been smoked in. Hotel is supposed to be all non-smoking 3. Asked for a room change. She said ,"since she allowed me to bring in the cats" .....then her story changed reasons. She had another customer coming in with a reservation. 4. Gave me a unlabeled bottle with a spray to cover up the smoke smell. This spray was toxic smelling. I had a hard time breathing because of this "smoke cover up" spray. 5. Total false advertising of pet friendly, non-smoking, and veteran-friendly hotel"
