"Horrible experience. Firstly, they are not keen to pay attention to what they are doing. I ordered a part from them and was told that it would arrive on X day at noon. I go to pick up the part and am told it’ll be 3 more hours. I go back and am told they made a mistake and won’t be in till 3 days later. What’s more absurd is that the person helping me had no regard for empathizing or even apologizing. A mere “I’m not sure what I can tell you, but it won’t be in today,” is all I got. Save yourself time and go elsewhere for your needs."
