"I went to AutoZone on Mclean yesterday to return 4 rotors and 2 sets of Brake pads I had under warranty. Everyone knows how heavy rotors are. The store didn't have carts available just like when I originally picked the parts up 4 or 5 days prior. Making the first trip into the store I dropped the Brake pads and the rude Female Hispanic Manager says to the associate to make sure all the parts are there instead of helping me, especially since I'm carrying rotors and you again don't have carts available. I put the first set on the counter and go back to get the rest of the parts. I am already sweating and I am also a disabled Veteran. I served in the US Air Force. I come in with the rest of the parts and I am struggling and put the last boxes of rotors on the counter and they made the counter shake. Not trying to do that on purpose, I didn't think anything of it but immediately the female manager says that she carries rotors all day and don't have to drop them on the counter like that. Next time ask for some help!! I looked at her and I said if its so easy you could have helped me or had an associate help me instead of watching me make 2 trips with the heavy parts without having carts or human decency available. Every time I have come in AutoZone and have seen her she is not having a good day. I will not spend anymore money in this store as long as this disrepectful person is managing this store. Disabled Veteran"
"I needed my car battery replaced and brought a new battery but I was told by an associate that I couldn’t have it done since I didn’t buy it from AutoZone. Anthony, goes by Tony, came out and offered to replace it without any hesitation. He even guided me through the process so I know how to do it next time. He has been at AutoZone for several years and I can see why, he has excellent customer service! Thanks to Tony, I’ll be reccomending this location to everyone I know. With Tony’s customer service, I know my car will be in good hands. Make sure to ask for him when you need your car serviced!!"
