"Really disappointed with the communication at Elgin super auto parts. I came in the night before to place order for a tail light and trunk assembly. I specified that I would also like the hinges for trunk. Next day when I go to pick up parts, I find out that they only charged me for trunk and not the tail light and they forgot about the hinges. I am currently waiting for the hinges to be provided free of charge which is nice but I have been waiting for about 35-40 minutes already. This could’ve been communicated better so I don’t waste an entire hour here. I feel as if my time is not respected. Shouldn’t tell a client “10 more minutes” then proceed to take 25 minutes. Would like to see better communication and respect clients time."

"Wouldn't let me cancel order even though I emailed day before it shipped called that day no answer but followed up with me after the weekend to tell me it already shipped. Add the cherry to the top they can't follow basic shipping instructions on and left my address number off the package so ups returned it. Thanks for a great experience!"

"Had a great experience. The workers were extremely nice and friendly. The service was extremely quick too. I walked in and the receptionist worker greeted me and asked about what I was looking for and my vehicle model. He then found the part and lowered the price a bit. The cashier was also very kind. I went out to the back and gave the guys my receipt and in no time i had my wheel. From the time I walked in and the time I left, it was under 15 minutes. It’s also nice you don’t have to go into the junkyard."

"Ordered these Friday they just arrived today (Tuesday) Tom is the gentleman who I spoke with he even had the courtesy to call me and tell me shipping had gone up and asked if I wanted my money back I’m still in these cheaper than some remand that are painted off eBay plus they have the center caps minus one and the monitors!
