"UPS delivered a package to this “secure location “ and when I went to pick it up they store associate said they didn’t have it and I had to call UPS- they opened up an investigation and it shows the driver was at the location and dropped the package there but now they claim they don’t have it. It’s very frustrating when no one can take accountability and keeps pointing fingers. This location should be investigated immediately for mishandling packages."

"I came in with a radio I ordered that didn't work, he automatically refunded me the money without asking or giving me a chance to get a replacement. I asked for a replacement, he told me he already refunded it to my credit card, so I either head to wait 3 to 5 days or pay for it again on the spot. Very incompetent for assuming I wanted money and not a functional radio"
"It's a great auto parts since they got rid of Michael Schultz. It's a much better shopping experience and I don't have to tolerate some that was rude to me most of the time and took items from me without paying me back, such as certain cold beverages."
"Generally Advanced at most locations has exceptional service. This location is the exception, the people there don't care about helping and will give any excuse to be lazy. Two stars are for higher quality parts than most other companies, if the review was based on only service it would be one star."
