“HIGHLY RECOMMEND! I bought the 'A Bad Vintage' virtual murder mystery for 12 people for my lockdown birthday recently via a TimeOut voucher. Jo Smedley from Red Herring was so responsive over email, answering any questions I had. I was pleasantly surpsied at how much stuff was included in the virtual pack (including voice clips for the role of Inspector). My guests were really impressed and I really couldn't have asked for anymore for that price. Thank you!”

“This review is a hard one..... Everything is just 100% perfect. Great location.... On entering everything.. Is spotless our room was well above average. Shower was very refreshing... Me and my wife decided to have dinner here same again cooked to perfection. Good choice of food and beverages there is a out side garden area with modern furnishings and a nice pond made for a relaxing night there is also its own wedding venue making for a lovely remainder of your special day To sum up Every member of the team,was extremely helpful and worked well in keeping all visitors happy...... Then became morning Breakfast lovely you had cooked. There was fruit. Pastries and tea coffee juices. Would I go back? “I went to the range with my family and friends and we all were waiting to be served and this young man with coloured hair called Lewis was very helpful and packed our bags for us very polite as well.My partner and her friends go in there all the time and see Lewis at the till always smiling waiting to serve customers, this is why I am giving him 5 stars”

“Room was amazing great size, comfy bed and has aircon. Being in center of town you do get noise from pubs/clubs near by at weekends but room that comfy we even managed to fall asleep well listening to music from across street”

“Brought my family here as the grandchildren wanted to play and its quite central. Love the new, green rubber ground around this area. New apparatus have been installed and there were plenty to choose from. (Zip lines seem to be so popular with children these days so I am surprised that a couple haven't been put in here as there's plenty of room. Although I suspect there's not plenty of money to install one or two.) Shame. Still, the children loved it.”

“To the staff member I dealt with today booking in my daughter play date on her birthday I want to say well done in handling the teens who ignored you and your colleague. You was polite and professional in dealing with them the place was empty as it was a school day and lunch period you remained calm even though they ignored you and didn't listen to you when you asked them to leave. I will ensure I say to the manager that you are a lovely member of staff”
