Ive never had problems returning items which are faulty even without a receipt. The staff take the time to find out when you bought the item so they can go through the history . It's just been done up and new more reliable computers in store so you can browse online.”

“Really convenient for my family as we live just around the corner. City Kids offers a great venue for your kids to run riot. The soft play area is bigger than you'd expect and provides my nephew with hours of fun. The cafe has a great range of food and drink available. The staff are really friendly your kids will make friends easily and you can get on with catching up with friends or doing whatever it is you like to do. There is baby changing available, wheel chair access to the entrance and inside the facility, the entrance is secured so that you can only be let In by an employee. To exit there is a button out of reach of children by the door. Safe and well priced place to go. Could use with T.V and Wi-Fi.”

“My son loves this place! Recently he’s been getting upset and overwhelmed in softplays but there’s something about this place that doesnt seem to trigger him. Maybe because it’s a lot more spaced out so the kids all have room to bounce, and it’s also laid out like an obstacle course so everyone is making their way around the course and not congregating in one area. Staff lovely, good food options and bouncing around is a right good laugh.”

“Been a few times but my trip on Monday was definitely the best. Went with my 2 kids (2&4) on my own to eat in the soft play area. The staff member on who had only worked there for 2 days was amazing. She went above and beyond to make our trip enjoyable. She played and interacted with the kids and was chatty and made us feel very welcome. The food was OK, not sure who's idea it was to stack kids pizza like a Christmas tree, just ripped all the toppings off every other slice. Was a great time regardless.”
