"I have been going here since we moved to Gwinnett county. It was Vo who was the best guy. Anyway here I have been going and Hakim is still good and treats people right but this Carlos guy, something wrong with him. No respect for customers. I went to get AC service and replace front bulbs. I did not ask for price because it's been never a problem. I come to pick up and he says it's $100 to replace the bulbs. If he would have told me, I never do that for $100. Anyway he took $80 but the negotiation was not cool. He makes people feel dumb and the worst part his stupid workers make jokes on customers. One of his guy did that to me and I had to respond and he never said anything. I am done with this place..don't go here, save some pain and trouble."
