"Went in for a battery, one person was on the phone, while the other person was waiting on someone. Neither of them acknowledged me in any way. Not a, 'be right with you', or even a nod to let me know they saw me. I was within close proximity to them too, yet they still didn't say anything. I stood there for more than enough time to be spoken to, yet I wasn't. I left and went to Walmart for my battery. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. I can't say that I would give this business another chance. I just didn't feel like I would be valued."

"This guy is trying to rip it off. I had a puncture in the right side front wheel this morning. I took my car to Firestone; they made paperwork and suggested that the car would be ready in 2 hours. Later on, I received a call from an ENRIQUE service representative, who said that I needed to replace 2 tires. They couldn’t do a puncture as I knew both tires were in good condition, around 60%. I took my car somewhere else, and they fixed the puncture. Firestone at Lawrenceville Highway customer service is very bad as well. Never going again Be careful, guys!!! Retail Invoice 153553"

"So I took my Toyota camry to change all 4 tires on Jan 8th, 2024 and picked up my car later in the evening. Next morning when I started my car, luckily I checked my psi of all 4 tires and they were all at different pressure levels and one tire was at 53 which is very dangerous and could have probably exploded if I drove at a far distance. I called to let them know and Mr. Enrique who had apparently checked me in for service is the one who picked up the phone. He did admit that it was his fault bc he forgot to inform another technician before he left work. I let it go and did not make a big deal about it since he did admit it was an honest mistake. I just think these type of mistakes can't be made bc it can be a life or death situation. Moral of this review is always make sure to check everything when you pick up your car after service bc you never know."
