"Made appt. Showed up early. Oil change. Two hours later they tell me car ready. TWo hour oil change. Also windshield fluid was low. Next day after barely using to de-ice windshield now out of fluid. Unless serviced changed topping of that fluid was part of oil change."

"Wow, where to start. I took my car in because the front passenger side, near the wheel was making a very loud noise. They recommended I replace the control arms. It was supposed to take 3-4 hours. I brought my car back the next day, after 4.5 hours I get a call saying they never received the parts. Ok, cool, not their fault. A little annoying it took half a day for them to let me know this, but whatever. So I make another appointment, after 4+ hours, I call to check on the progress. The older man who answered the phone informed me he WAS trying to work on it, but now he was on the phone (as if I was the one keeping him from finishing the job). 2 hours later I get a call saying they had the wrong parts and couldn't complete the job until after the weekend. After having my car for 4 days, and an $800+ bill, I get in my car and it feels like they didn't do anything. If anything the noise has gotten louder. Now I'm out a lot of money and on the hunt for a decent mechanic. **Side note: Ken was the only pleasant part of my experience with Pep Boys. I in no way want my review to reflect poorly on his customer service. But I hope he finds a better job because this place is a joke."
"We came to have a Tesla serviced but they didn't do that at that location, altho it says that on the website. But we found out we could bring it to a pep in Marietta. Overall clean place friendly staff well stocked items reasonably priced."
