"First, Garfield was very nice to deal with even though it was towards the end of the evening. Because I had a slow leak they offered to take a look and see if they could fix it, but alas, the tires were so old they needed to be changed (which I had expected from the jump). I said I could leave the car and pick it up the next day, but the two superstars in the garage, Toby and Andrew got right to work!!! They worked their butts off and I was out of there within about 30 minutes with 4 new tires! While I could have came back, I cannot tell them how much I appreciate them getting everything done that same night. This is my second set of tires that I have gotten from this location in 4 years, and both times the experience was top notch."

"I was blown away by the customer service I received here. I grew up in a family business that took great pride in excellent customer service so I recognize how rare it is to find. These guys answered my questions honestly, gave me some economical options for repair and for keeping my car rolling for longer. While there, I saw folks coming in thrilled to talk with them again and customers called them by name. They were very busy, as it was Friday night, but tried hard to get me in and out as fast as they feasibly could and recognized and apologized that I had to wait. You know, I see that as a mark of them doing the right thing. If I went to a doctor who had no patients, I would be concerned about his skill set. Great experience! It's 3 years later, and yet again, Cory and Garfield went above and beyond to demonstrate what great customer service looks like. I'm am so grateful for this company and its management!"

"My new auto repair place. Chief told me to head over when i called about a battery issue. He fixed my battery tie down and then discovered my battery needed replacing (three weeks before the warranty was going to expire). Great service, efficient and trustworthy. Highly recommend!"
