"This isn't a bad auto shop by any means - my family has been coming here for years without a single instance of bad workmanship. The people are knowledgeable, kind, and do quick and thorough work. However, ever since a change in management about 10 years ago, this place has been getting steadily more expensive. An oil change here will set you back nearly $100, and most services are about 50% more expensive than at other shops. It doesn't help that they seem to verge on being too cautious, as well - I was told I had a noticeable oil leak that needed to be fixed before my next oil change, but several months later my oil levels haven't changed an ounce. Long story short, try to find a more specialized shop for what you're getting done. Brookwood Tire will be able to do it, and do it well, but it won't be cheap."

"Billy and Wes provided excellent service with a smile and sincerity that I have struggled to find in an auto repair servicing shop. My Honda CRV was vibrating and when I accelerated over 40mph, I could feel the engine strain and groan. This shop came highly recommended by a colleague. I called and booked an appointment and had a diagnosis and estimate within 2 days. I booked the appointment to get the car fixed within a week. Even though they were swamped, they made every effort to get the major work done by the end of the day. When I picked up the car Wes explained something had been missed during the diagnosis but I was not charged for what was missed. I appreciated the honesty and clear picture of all the work done on the car. Wes also detailed further services and checks needed in the future and recommended what tires would best work with my car. I left feeling I had a personalized service and my car will be in good hands. As for my car, I felt as if it had a new lease of life. The heavy engine sound was gone, I did not feel any grind when I stepped on my accelerator. Furthermore, the work done came with a 2 year guarantee.
