"BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! The technician over tightened a bolt during the oil change & stripped the bolt causing an oil leak. My car was leaking oil for over a week. I have a trail of oil stains in my garage & had to take my car to the Lexus dealership to be correctly repaired. Pep Boys does not want to reimburse me for the additional repairs!"

"So it’s New Year’s Day and I have a low tire … looking for a place that is open to get it checked and Pep Boys filled the need. Matt confirmed what I was already told the day before, that I needed 2 new tires… I decided to go ahead and get my oil changed in addition to the tires … service was effective and efficient … technicians were helpful and knowledgeable for my tire needs… Surprisingly they were busier than expected for a holiday, so there was a small wait but service was very good… it was a little pricey for me but prices have gone up everywhere, I’m sure it was comparable to other places."

"GO ELSEWHERE!! Made an appointment for 9am. Got here on time. They took their sweet time doing a simple oil change. I didn’t leave until 11:30!! Here’s a timeline: Didn’t check my car in until 9:40. Tried to up service me at 10:35. Of course tires! Also Shocks and struts for a 3 year old car. Politely declined. Pulled my car up at 11 in front of the shop. At 11:17 I walk to the front desk to ask can I go. He points to my papers and keys JUST SITTING THERE on the desk, then proceeds to help the person who just walked in. Meanwhile I’ve been patient waiting 2+ hours for a simple oil change that I made an appointment for. I didn’t walk out until 11:30 because why? I will never ever service this place again and I recommend not coming here."

"Very thorough, recommended tires but we are holding off a couple of weeks! They were fine with that, they have been recommending that for the last couple of oil changes!"

"Had to take my car there after a nail made my tire go flat. They put my car on the lift to then tell me that I needed $3,000 worth of repairs, including four new tires instead of just the one for various reasons. After comparison, the tire price they quoted me for good tires was WAY more than other places. I didn’t trust that I actually needed this work. Thankfully I listened to my gut and just had them put on a donut so I could get my tires replaced elsewhere. I then took my car into my normal shop today who informed me that NONE of what pep boys said was wrong with my car was actually wrong. Pep Boys tried to scam me out of $3,000, absolutely unacceptable, unprofessional, and unkind. Take your car elsewhere!"
