"Company Lied and said they mailed my security deposit already, Stole my washer and dryer set i had in the unit, and sent a bill to collections WITH 0 COMMUNICATION NOR notifying me of a leftover balance, And ignored all my phone calls afterward. Very Unprofessional."

"I was a tenant here last year and have very few complaints. However after completing my twelve month lease, I decided to move instead of renewing my lease. The property manager seemed to have been upset and irritated and communication became scarce. The next week I was billed 3x the amount of my regular rent despite the property manager completing a walk through of my apartment stating that my apartment was in great condition and that there were no additional concerns. At the time I was considering a move within the complex to a one bedroom apartment but once I changed my mind due to availability now I’m billed this large amount. I have called several times to get clarity and understanding and was told to “wait for the creditors”. Update I received a bill of all kind of items that I know for sure isn’t true they billed me 400 for a carpet cleaning and chipped paint for $500 which is ridiculous because the apt manager and assistant walked my entire apartment before I left and complimented me on how incredible my apartment at the time was clean like before when I moved in. I recorded my entire apartment after leaving just to secure myself but this is just ridiculous . I really like these apartments but the way they handled this situation I will never lease with them again currently filing court documents to get this handled"

"I’ve been staying here for almost 2 years and I love it here. The property is quiet, all of my neighbors are friendly and respectful. The leasing office staff are always on it from maintenance to everything else. They keep us informed of anything going on, on the property via text, the area is kept up. The lawn company is out here every week/every other week and they maintain the lawn and gardening around here. This was my first apartment and I’ve had nothing but good experiences while being here. Lisa is the office manager and she’s great."

"Lisa is very mean she threatened to call the cops on my mom for just asking a question. Like why would you want my mom to go to jail shes nice to everyone and shes not a criminal. She didn't even do anything wrong. Im so glad we are moving back to Atlanta. I HATE IT HERE and the apartments are radegy and old looking. Don't move here! You will hate it too!"

"UPDATED POST: One of the workers put a release of lease obligation on my door at 2:00 in the morning on July 20, 2019. The property manager Lisa Dupree is lying about the violation and reason. She knows I went to the Better Business Bureau and she knows I was on Jessica Perkins side before she was wrongfully terminated and now Lisa Dupree and her staff are trying to retaliate against my family and myself with wrongful eviction. Moving into these apartments have got to be the worst mistake of my life!!!! I DO NOT FEEL SAFE IN MY OWN APARTMENT BECAUSE THE STAFF IS CONSTANTLY WATCHING MY EVERY MOVE. ORIGINAL POST: Summer Park Apartments is by far the worst place I have ever in my life lived at. The staff is HORRIBLE!!!! The maintenance supervisor refuse to fix issues and tried to put everything off on either the property manager corporate just fired for no reason or the maintenance worker who just quit. My a/c have been leaking for a month and he refused to fix it because he didn't like the last property manager because she made them work. The office worker will get you to move in under false pretenses. She shows you one apartment but gives you something totally different. The property manager they just hired back is completely rude. She hung up the phone 3 times in my face and before she hung up the last time, she told me she wasn't going to answer my calls anymore. She called the courtesy officer/sheriff and told him that I was cursing her out and threatened to come to the front office even though I'm at work. I myself am correctional officer. My toilet was messed up since before I move in and the maintenance supervisor came out of the bathroom to tell me that I was the one who messed up the toilet. They lose your rent money and blame you for it. The list goes on and on and on. So to whom this may concern, DO NOT MOVE TO SUMMER PARK APARTMENTS!!!!!!!!!!! If I could give negative stars on my review, I must definitely will"
