"We were exhausted after a long day of moving and traveling and called to confirm they could accommodate our moving truck in parking lot! Greeting with smiles and kindness both in the phone and when we finally arrived. Clean room, great breakfast and kind staff."
"This is among the best Hampton or equivalent hotels i have stayed in. Place is clean, feels new and common areas are well kept. Even the rooms were great and bathroom neat and well organized. I was genuinely impressed. Staff were wonderful. My kids were fussing over breakfast and the manager came and changed the TV channel from news/weather to Cartoon which made my kids sit one place. We were able to feed them well before our next 7hrs drive. Small things, but wins your heart. Even if i want to be cynical, I didn’t find anything to complain about."
"We booked 30 min before arriving w/our 15 lb service dog. Check-in was simple and the front desk staff was friendly and welcoming! Our room was very clean and comfortable. There were options to eat within walking distance and quick drive. The morning front desk staff, the staff working the free breakfast and the cleaning crew we're all so friendly. Really a very pleasant experience and th overall hotel and the grounds were well maintained. Even had a nice area for our dogs outdoor needs. We would recommend this hotel."
"Nice hotel in a decent area, called and requested a double queen room with a pull out couch on a very busy weekend and was put in the jr suite that did not have the couch, but they did bring in a roll away bed and give me a discount for the night. Beds were comfy enough but could use more padding. We did NOT like the barn door style doors for the bathroom, did not offer much privacy or deaden the sounds coming from the bathroom at all."
"My wife and I traveled from Savannah again to visit our daughter at Mercer University. We stayed at this location, again. Why mess with perfection. Great southern hospitality. Great front desk staff. Great location and very clean rooms. Ms. Sheniqua is always customer friendly, lively, professional, and seems to be very loyal to her job. We will be back again!!!! This is our go to hotel when we are in Macon."
