"If I could leave a negative review I would. The hotel was absolutely disgusting! We had two rooms and each one smelled awful, had dirty floors and counter space and worst of all cockroaches! LOTS OF COCKROACHES! There were over a dozen seen before we left. There were bug droppings across the vanity, in and around the tray for ice and cups, in the bathroom. There were dead cockroaches on the floor, babies all over the walls and bathroom area. There were large cockroaches running up the walls and in the bathroom. It was a horrible experience. We checked out as quickly as we checked in! The staff did not seem surprised when I told them we were not okay with the unsanitary rooms. They blamed it on construction works not checking their bags and house keeping. Seemed like a poor excuse for a huge problem!!"
"JUST SAY NO! The rooms were FULL of cockroaches! Literally checked in and then right back out! The only thing great about this experience was the front desk employee who was amazing and understanding."
"Occasional bug seen. Tidy place otherwise. Was in a very convenient spot even if you're just on foot. Fully fenced, so foot traffic is minimal. The cranky old lady upfront is actually very helpful and there all the time. Housekeepers were polite and kept my room up very nicely. Nothing ever went missing. Breakfast is well, motel breakfast. But there are options. If it doesn't suit you, Chick-fil-A is across the street. Mind the German Shepard in the yard that shares a driveway with the parking lot. Hes loud, but he shuts up if you leave him alone. I preferred being on his side though because it felt a bit safer. MACON IS WILD! Very well kept grounds. Overall my extended stay was pleasant. All that being said, I am a middle aged male in this situation. I probably wouldn't put a female here alone. But for the price I was met with a better than expected experience."
"Roaches, bed bugs, and more. Stay away. No AC also. Great service but one of the nastiest hotels ever. Don't believe the sign saying new. Just repainted but nasty."
"We decided to stay after traveling back from Atlanta. The room was beautiful and very clean. The beds were some of the most comfortable I've ever slept in. Staff was very friendly. Great stay for the price. We will definitely be back again. Thank you for a great experience!!"
