"Upon checking in at night, we felt unwelcome by the front desk officer. SHe doesn't seem to want to do her job. SHe didn't even tell me the way to my room like the front desk officer usually does. When checking out, the maintenance crew parked their cars out front. Guests checking-in/out wasn’t happy to see it because they have to load/unload their stuff. Spend extra bucks at another hotel and you'll thank me later, guests are not the priority in this hotel."

"I really wanted to like this hotel but there were a number of problems that kept us from enjoying our stay fully. The WiFi was spotty and so was the TV the later kept skipping in the middle of a show. We thought we would have free breakfast as it showed on booking but were informed it was available for purchase only. I also thought I booked a run with a balcony but all we got was a patio. The hotel was nice rooms nice beds comfortable and people friendly but that's about it."

"I want to have really liked this hotel, but there were a number of misses that impacted the comfort & quality of the stay. Overall the room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but the heating was problematic. We had a suit with 2 heat sources. The living room side was constantly blowing heat with a high fan regardless of the fan or heating setting. The bedroom heater was the direct opposite constantly blowing cold air with a high fan regardless of the heat setting. Not at all ideal. There were also issues getting ice. There was no ice on the 3rd floor, the 2nd floor ice was not working, and the 1st floor also didn't have an ice machine, so we had to go to the restaurant any time we wanted ice. Additionally we had breakfast included with our rate. At check in the clerk couldn't see the perk, so I had to pull up the reservation on my phone. She then indicated there would be no issue at the restaurant the next morning. At the restaurant, there was no record on the account or "list" and we had to go to the clerk to get it fixed, by again pulling up the info on my phone, and then go back to the restaurant to order. Overall just a lot of issues for a hotel stay that lasted less than 12 hrs."

"Great hotel! I stay at a lot of Marriotts and while this one is a little dated it definitely well kept and the service is really great. Stayed here a few years ago on my way to Florida and definitely enjoyed it the pool wasn’t open but the rooms were quiet and the setting and location were nice and the Starbucks in the lobby is nice too. If I ever come this way again I will definitely stay here again"

"Staff was very friendly. They have no working ice machines on any floor. All broken. Room was decent, took a while to cool, but was comfy in evening with balcony door open. Nice to sit out on balcony as well."
