Gentlemen seemed so bothered and so annoyed to answer my returning questions and told me that their system was down for the rest of week. Seeing other similar reviews really makes me wonder why the management team is not taking action on this."
"HORRIBLE!!! I’ve never been so mistreated as I was at this store. I walked in and the one salesman that was in store was on the phone, watches me grab a bunch of pieces to try on, and as I ask for a fitting room, he says they’re closed in the rudest way possible. Yells at me to throw them on the register, and I politely comment that he should let people know their fitting rooms are closed beforehand. He proceeds to start yelling, saying I should’ve asked, and asking me to leave the store. Aeropostale should really reconsider their hiring choices. Horrible experience, never coming back!"
"Poor customer service! The dressing rooms were closed so I bought some pants hoping they would fit. Before checking out I asked what their return policy was and the cashier let me know I had 16 days. Before leaving the mall, I went to try the pants on in the bathroom. They didn’t fit, so I went to return them 30 minutes later. The cashier THEN said their system wasn’t allowing returns at the moment?! Very confusing and dishonest service."
