"Hey, I'm from Berlin and won the raffle for the Air Jordan 5 x A Ma Maniere "Dusk" at the end of November and haven't received the shoes or a refund to date. I have contacted you by email, but to no avail, as there has been no response to my request to date. To be honest, I don't know what else I can do as I live in Germany."
"I may have lost my money. The customer service is terrible. Won the black aMa 5s back in December. Never received my order. Emailed them. Filed a claim with fedex. FedEx says aMa must file a claim because they are the shipper. No way to get in touch with aMa other than email, that no one has replied to my email. Worst possible experience! This company is a scam. With shipping it has been a $260 learning experience."
