"On Aug 14, 2023 I took me 30 mins to get to the Guess store in Lenox Mall to return a few items, just to find out they close early (store hours was until 8 pm). Their excuse was an issue with a register (Jeremy Smith manager said, i hope it is his real name). It was hard to believe. It felt like they are just ready to go home early. Shopping with guess for many years, very disappointed about this location."
