"If there was a lower rating that could be given. I would give it. This store has no customer service Etiquette. Rather than have a discussion and resolve a situation. The store manager decides calling the police on his black customers is a easier solution. This stores policy is to sell you Broken unusable items and bare, no responsibility. Their solution is to sell it to someone else making It's their problem and take half of the resale price again. I, as a unvested third party trying to de-escalate the situation. Was treated rudely Add with disrespect. This young man feels that threatening a black man with the police would have sent him running.. With this day and age and climate, we all know what that can cause. ( Stop weaponizing the police.) If doing business with Label consignment is the only way you can sell your goods, Maybe you shouldn't. But as a black man that has dealings with racist people. If you have any other options take your business elsewhere."
