"I bought some items prior to the covid outbreak. Given the circumstances, I felt it was safe to visit the store to exchange the items. I figured a reasonable business would understand why I didn't come in within their 14 day exchange period. Originally, the cashier said it was ok. After about 20 minutes of me looking for the items in my size, the manager calls me over and say she can't honor my exchange because I didn't call her and give my name. She then says if I had used common sense I would have called. I told her that she knows what's been going on. If you are going to honor exchanges due to the virus, why is it necessary for me to call? I will never step back in this store again."
