"This is a great year-round go to place. It's hard not to get a camp site on the water. The spots are large and very well maintained. Also it's great being able to use the lifetime senior pass at half price hear as well."
"Loved it had a great time fishing. It was peaceful. Even camped out by a flying squirrel den in a tree. So be careful and don't drive nails in the trees like someone else did."

"Spot 52. Beautiful clean spot for my camper van and my friends pop-up camper. Both electric hookups work. Water pressure is good. There are campers in both spots next to us, but the amount of space between spots still allows for a peaceful atmosphere."
"I have never scored a campsite that was so spacious let alone one so spacious that is waterfront. The campground is massive and is kept up very nicely. For a COE campground it has a surprising amount of trails to hike and bike. If you are coming to this area for camping this is your place."
