"Loved that we had plenty of space, not overcrowded. Lots of patrol cars made us feel safe. Only dislike was all the trash washed up on the shore but that's not necessarily their fault. We had a great Memorial day!"

"Awesome beach with gradual entry into the lake. The water is warm, clean(sandy) & calm. The sand is perfect for making sand castles. My kids are calling it there own private beach since we've had the place to our selves all week long! I highly recommend this place!"

"I don't have kids, my kids are dogs. The beach isn't that large so in the evening, after everyone left we took the dogs over to the beach because the other swimming/picnic areas aren't cleared of algae and other debris that make the experience very unpleasant. And the dogs aren't allowed in the beach area, so we didn't enjoy the lake..if changes are made, it would greatly benefit that specific public lake access. Pretty much, it's the only dog friendly lake access and it's barely, BARELY dog friendly."
