"My dog has been a patient here since 2021 so I've had many interactions with this business. I can never ever get ahold of someone on the phone; either I leave a message and no one calls me back, or the line bounces between ringing and hold music but no one ever picks up, or it sounds like they answer and then immediately hang up. Email communication is unreliable too-- I can get a reply but it takes several emails to get answers to my questions and they will not book an appointment over email. When I bring up the phone issues, no one has ever said sorry or that they're working on it. Long waits, well past appointment time. Closed 3.5 days out of the week which is hard for people who work full time. My dog was struggling with bad breath...Vet just wanted to pull my dog's healthy teeth without providing any alternatives or patient education. Just all around would not recommend. Gave 2 stars because they are a clean facility with plenty of room."
"Dr. Whitlow and his staff are compassionate and wonderful. They love my pets as my as I do. They took good care of my cat who suffered burns I believe at the hands of a cruel person in my neighborhood."
