"I'm the boyfriend who was confused in this situation. Initially, I sat down because I was blocked from following my girlfriend. We've been to other stores where there were no issues with changing rooms for different genders and ages. I apologize for my lack of understanding since it wasn't explained clearly. I only received a partial explanation, and when I tried to clarify, I was directed towards my girlfriend. Then, there was a knock on the side of the curtain when my girlfriend was changing, which startled her and left her feeling anxious and confused, while I was being reprimanded. Our intention was simply to shop for clothes together. In the future, when a man is trying to accompany his wife or girlfriend, please ensure that your staff provides clear explanations, as not everyone is familiar with your store's rules. P.S. It was my girlfriend's first time here."

"I really used to love shopping in here. Do you usually profile your shoppers? If you ask me if I need assistance… and I say no, and you proceed to follow me around the store.. I will never shop with you again. I’ve spent a good amount of money here…but never again. Customer service is one thing, profiling is another."
